THE ELEVENTH HALLOWEEN BOG POST

I just added the past weeks playlist to the blog and thought I'd do a quick post on a new CD release that is perfect for Halloween called DEAD MAN'S BONES. They have a web site that is a little difficult to navigate but worth the headache at http://www.deadman A great Pitchfork review of the album can be found here: http://pitchfork.com/news/34432-meet-dead-mans-bones-ryan-gosling-and-zach-shields/

It is a project developed by actors Ryan Gosling and Zach Shields, with the help of the Silverlake Conservatory Children's Choir. Personally I think this album shines when the children's choir is out front, but I will let you see for yourself. Here are several You tube clips of Dead Man's Bones.

I would love to see this show live, but sadly there are no Minnesota concert dates.
Good luck to the Vikings today, and everybody rest up this weekend - we have the KMSU Fall Pledge Drive coming up this week!!! Lots of great Shuffle Function Premiums are on the way, so stay tuned to the blog for more info.
