Weather permitting, we have got three amazing bands coming down from the Twin Cities to play tomorrow night - STNNNG, VAMPIRE HANDS and TENDER MEAT. This is another great opportunity for KMSU listeners and Music Geeks alike to hear some bands that normally don't make it down Kato way. The first KMSU Presents show was a blast. The bands were all incredible on the stage, and I know for a fact that jaws were on the floor by the end of the night. I expect the exact same thing to happen this Saturday night.

The bands start at 9:30 at the What's Up Lounge. It is a 21 + show, and $5 buckaroos gets you in the door. As we have said on the air, this is not a fundraiser for KMSU. All of the money goes to pay the bands and cover the venue costs. We are simply creating an opportunity to hear new bands, hang out with other KMSU listeners and create a music scene in Mankato. We can't do it without you, so I hope you can join us.

The evening's events begin across the street from the What's Up Lounge with local scenesters Shotgun Fiction playing at 8 pm at Tune Town. This is a free, all ages show and an opportunity for you to support Mankato schools as well.

KMSU PRESENTS..............

Shotgun Fiction at 8 p.m. at Tune Town - all ages and free

Vampire Hands all at the What's Up Lounge at 9:30 p.m.

Tender Meat 21 + show, $5 cover

As I write this, there are all kinds of crazy winter storm warnings being called for tonight through Sunday. In case we have to cancel the show - the best way to find out is on-line. Here is a link to the Facebook event page for the show. Keep checking it throughout Saturday for updates.

Hope to see you all tomorrow night!
