EIGHT HOURS OF SLEEP LATER

Shyboy Tim and Shelley with Team Sister (and Sister Brother)

Good Morning Radio Heroes! Tim and I are once again humbled and amazed at all of the support KMSU listeners showed us during the Shuffle Function 24 Hour Pledge Drive A-Go-Go. It was another great success, and KMSU is now about 2/3 the way towards hitting our goal of $25,000.

Tim and I will be posting alot more content and photos from the marathon - we just never had the time during the marathon to do more!!

Thanks once again to Team Sister and honorary member Sister Brother. We could not do what we have to do with out you!!

Tonight we have a bonus Grind-Fu Cinema in store for you!! It is the least that we can do to thank you for your support during the marathon - and a chance for Shyboy Tim and I to decompress.

GRIND-FU CINEMA PRESENTS STINGRAY SAM AND THE AMERICAN ASTRONAUT Saturday, April 9th @ 7:00pm Wiecking 220 Auditorium Minnesota State University, Mankato FREE! FREE! FREE! FREE! FREE!

Join us the day after the Shuffle Function 24 Hour Pledge Drive A-Go-Go for a special celebratory Grind-Fu Cinema screening! We'll be showing two super fun films by Cory McAbee, who wrote, directed and starred in both. His band did the music, too. We're talking Renaissance man here, people. The films are Stingray Sam and The American Astronaut. The best way to describe both is to say that they are steampunk cowboy movies... in space! Another way would be to say that they are hilarious and catchy and a blast. Also, THEY ARE FREE! That's right, Grind-Fu Cinema is free! We'll be showing both films starting at seven p.m. in Wiecking 220 Auditorium on April 9th. Bring your friends and some snacks and sodas and settle in for a kick ass night of movies.

I'm The New Boy In Town! Where Can I Go?

Here is the American Astronaut trailer: And here is the Stingray Samtrailer:
