COUNTDOWN TO HALLOWEEN BLOG POST #27

I did a post earlier showing the steps used in the film The Exorcist, and today I am going to expand on that theme. This is a link to a great collections of horror film locations today. This link will take you to 22 google map locations of some of your favorite horror films and an explanation of the building or area that you are looking at. Included are such films as:

ROSEMARY'S BABY

SEVEN

TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE

THE SHINING

and many, many, many more. Have a look around and stroll down the haunted memory lane. Don't forget about tonight's special SHUFFLE FUNCTION RADIO ROULETTE. Tim did a blog post explaining the ins and outs of the special event yesterday, so scroll on down the blog and have a look. Or, if scrolling isn't your thing then follow this link to the post.

We also have Polka Til You Puke tomorrow on the Shuffle Function morning show from 6 to 8 a.m. This is easily one of my favorite events of the radio year, and we will be joined by our usual polka suspects - Ambrose and #1 Polka Fan Maude. Live polka music and all kinds of "Yeah You Betchas" on the show, AND YOUR PLEDGES. Have a look at the Fall Pledge Drive Swag, and then give us a call in the morning!

THE  FALL  KMSU  PLEDGE  DRIVE  PREMIUM  LIST

Mr. Specific has done it again, and this time he has gone all Halloweeny on us. This is a one of a kind music compilation with spooky twisted tunes perfect for the season. This is the first time we have had a KMSU mug available since Shyboy Tim and I have been at the station - and it is a B-E-A-U-T (that is short for beautiful). As soon as we get a physical copy of it we will get a picture on the blog - but trust me, it is a unique shape and uber cool. It will be a bright golden yellow and feature the KMSU radio tower icon. Another first on the swag list - an embroidered Toque with the KMSU logo! Now if the word toque isn't ringing any bells, then maybe this picture will help.

Yep - it is one of those!! What all the hipsters are wearing to keep their heads warm and their looks cool. I know that Erik from 33 and 1/3 has to be jumping up and down over this swag item. (Please note - the picture below is not the design you will be getting, I just wanted to support the McKenzie Brothers. Yours will have KMSU on it, and as soon as I find out what color it will be I will let you know)THIS JUST IN....................THE COLORS WILL BE PURPLE AND GOLD!!!!!!!!!

$65 LEVEL - RAG AND A COASTER COMBO
