As you can see in the photo above, the second season of The Walking Dead begins in little more than a week. I just want to give you a heads up and allow you the time to either revisit or catch up with the first season. The subject of zombies is such a hot topic right now, that it risks the chance of over saturation, if indeed that hasn't already happened. But season one of Walking Dead was a treat. It was frightening, visually stunning, and didn't shy away from being brutal in portraying what we could possibly expect if a zombie apocalypse were to happen.

I have posted the trailer for season two previously, but I want to share it with you again. I am anxious to see if the integrity and grittiness will cntinue along, and the trailer seems to suggest that it will.

It also isn't too late for you to pick up the Walking Dead Compendium 1. Don't let the page number scare you - it is the collected graphic novels of the entire series and I read it in less than three days. It is impossible to put it down and if you look up the term "page turner" in the dictionary this is what you would see:

If you are like me and you have read the book, watched the first season, and now can't wait until next Sunday, maybe this will help bide your time.
