Saturday, April 19th
9 a.m. to close

630 North Riverfront Drive

Second Christmas is nearly upon us!  Record Store Day has become the official kick off to the Shuffle Function 24 Hour Pledge Drive A-Go-Go week.  We can think of no better way to get ready for some serious radio and music geekdom than by partaking in an orgy of new vinyl.  This year is shaping up to be the biggest RSD yet, and the list is the longest we've ever seen.  Check it out and begin dreaming, gang.  It's gonna be a blast.  An expensive one, but a blast nonetheless.

Shuffle Function will be playing a live round of Radio Roulette from 10 to 12, providing a completely random playlist for the shoppers.  It's a real thrill for us to be spinning vinyl at Tune Town and having the best seat in the house for music geek watching as folks find amazing treasures that they can only find in a local independent record store. You can stop by our table and pick a number from our honest to goodness magic hat, and your choice will become part of the playlist!  It's pretty fun, so we hope you guys will stop by and say hi.

Don't forget that 5 pm on the Tune Town stage Royal Atomic will be making their second Record Store Day appearance!  Their first ever gig was last year, and their setlist has become even cooler since then.  Check 'em out!

Hey, who's that mysterious bass player?

After all the excitement of Record Store, we can all wind down with an evening of ROLLER DERBY!  The MAD Girls are taking on the MedCity Mafia from Rochester for their first home bout of the season!  If you haven't yet experienced Roller Derby in 'Kato, you need to do so as soon as possible.  Attendance was high last year, and the bouts were fast paced and exciting.  Basically, it was everything you'd ever want from Roller Derby.  SUPPORT YOUR HOME TEAM!

Wanna know the details for Mankato Roller Derby?  Check 'em out on Facebook, or visit their website.  Better yet, listen to Shuffle Function on Friday, April 18th, when we'll be joined in the studio by the MAD Girls themselves?  They'll be spinning records and telling stories and being amazing as usual, but on the radio.  What more could you want?

As always, if you have any questions about anything Shuffle Function related, drop us an e-mail at
