There's a reason people say that Sonny Knight The Lakers is one of the best live acts around, and you're probably one of the people saying this if you saw them play at Rock Bend last Fall or Mankato this past March.  They're an explosive act to see, and even the non-dancers in the room (Shyboy Tim, included) are powerless against their rock solid R&B attack. We've all relived those shows many times since, and now we're going to have the chance to relive them whenever we want!

In just a few weeks Secret Stash Records is dropping a new live album by Sonny Knight and the Lakers called Do It Live.  It's 16 tracks of some of the most kick ass rhythm and blues hitting the stage today, AND WE'RE GONNA PLAN THE WHOLE DANG THING THURSDAY MORNING! Tune in from 7-9 a.m. on the morning show and hear the whole album live.  It's about an hour and 20 minutes long, so make sure to set aside some time.

Here's something to kill time between now and the big reveal.  Secret Stash released a video clip of the band performing Sock A Poo Poo at the Dakota performance featured on the album.  Brace yourself!
