Hopefully you guys follow and support all the good work that goes on at the 410 Project in downtown Mankato.  The 410 has been fueling art and creativity in the area for 13 years now, and we're very lucky to have a resource like them in the community.  Dana Sikkila has been tirelessly running it for a little over three years now, and she's continuing the mission of giving artists a place to exhibit while enabling discussions on art between artists and the community.  They also offer a bunch of really cool classes for all ages ranging from art to social justice.  It's a very cool organization that really enhances the community.

Also, have you seen the front of the 410 Project building?  It's amazing.

On top of getting all of that stuff together at the 410, Dana has been on a 500 mile bike journey to meet artists all over Minnesota.  That would be cool enough, but on top of that her conversations have become part of a documentary being filmed by True Facade Pictures (the folks that did that short film about the 24 Hour Marathon).  True Facade has been posting teasers on their Facebook (LIKE THEM) and it looks like it's going to be pretty kick ass.

On Thursday morning at eight a.m. we'll be joined in the studio by Dana Sikkila, so we'll get to find out all about her trip, as well as all the great things going on at the 410 Project.  It should be a lot of fun, and we're very excited to have her on the show.  Do you have any questions you would like us to ask her?  Send them to, or leave a comment on the Facebook post about her appearance.
